A high-performance, high power, Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) band-pass filter from Qorvo is in stock at distributor RFMW with full design support.
The Qorvo QPQ1029 exhibits low loss in B1/B3 uplink applications and high out-of-band attenuation of unwanted signals (>40 dB).
It has excellent passive intermodulation performance (PIM) of >-112 dBm.
Matched to 50 Ohms and capable of handling 29 dBm of input power, it is packaged in a 3 x 3 mm SMT for base station infrastructure, small cells and repeaters.
