Throughput enhancement gives printer a 6s core cycle time
Speedprint Technology will highlight the SP710 Screen Printer at the SMTA Rocky Mountain Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Wednesday 28th January 2015, West Club, Mile High Stadium, Denver. Speedprint representatives will discuss the benefits of the SP710, Advanced Dispense Unit +, Velocity Plus and SPI communication system.
The SP710 is equipped with a dual syringe Advanced Dispense unit for precise deposition of solder paste, adhesive and other materials. The screen printer includes a significant list of standard machine features as well as inherent benefits such as SMarT-Cal, Speedprint’s product-based machine calibration that maintains the largest process window to manage sophisticated application challenges. Speedprint will explain to attendees how it is able to boast the lowest maintenance and ownership costs in the industry.
The Advanced Dispense Unit + (ADu+) significantly increases the flexibility of the SP710. The unit has been enhanced for use with a wider range of materials, improved accuracy for smaller component deposition and applications for stencil-less prototyping and on-the-fly engineering changes.
The Velocity Plus throughput enhancement makes the SP710 the fastest printer in its class with a six second core cycle time, delivering high speed, productivity and functionality at reasonable price points.
Speedprint’s Universal SPI Communications system is configurable to communicate and function alongside SPI equipment using standard network protocols. The system is easily implemented using preinstalled templates allowing users to create customised profiles.
