Series of common mode chokes to be showcased at electronica
Exxelia is to introduce its TCM series of common mode chokes in hall B5, booth 312 at electronica from 8th to 11th November in Munich, Germany. Designed and qualified to be compatible with aerospace applications, the TCM series is a cost effective solution for harsh environments.
Exxelia Magnetics (ex-Microspire), part of Exxelia Group, will be unveiling a series of common mode chokes, the TCM series, at electronica. This extensive and cost-effective range is designed to be compatible with avionics applications.
The TCM series is available in a through-hole package for horizontal and vertical mounting. TCM common-mode chokes are offered with inductances from 0.7-47mH under rated currents from 0.3-4A, and thoroughly tested by a dielectric withstanding strength at 1,500VAC.
Their excellent thermal properties allow the TCMs to operate without a hitch from -55 up to 125°C which, combined to the high mechanical resistance of the chosen materials (all meeting to UL94 V0 rating), make those products useful for aviation, defense and transportation industries.
TCM series can be designed into circuit boards of a large number of power electronic devices used for a wide range of applications, including switch mode power supplies and converters, inverters, battery management systems, chargers. Exxelia TCM series fully complies with the requirements of RoHS and REACH.
