Push-pull connectors feature at EDS in Coventry
Push-pull multi-pin connectors from its extensive interconnect portfolio are being showcased by LEMO at the Electronic Design Show. The LEMO push-pull connector with its distinctive chocolate-block casing has expanded to suit customers’ evolving requirements, including smaller, lighter and environmentally-sealed variants.
All of these are readily available in a variety styles to meet applications within challenging environments.
In addition to the wide range of connectors, LEMO will also be showing its recently launched products including the RoHS2 and REACh 2017 compliant corrosion-resistant conductive surface treatment NiCorAl, offering the user a true alternative to Cadmium coating without compromising on reliability and electrical performance.
Also on display is the “Halo LED” intelligent connector which enables the end-user to monitor and control interfaces.
The “Anglissimo” right-angled connector with the ability to configure eight different cable exit angles during installation and the new range of rotatable multi-way concentric connectors specifically designed for down-hole drilling applications, will also be highlighted.
A selection of cable assembly solutions from the recently expanded UK cable assembly facility in Worthing, West Sussex for end-markets including broadcast, medical, motorsport and defence will complete the display with further “in-house” bespoke cable manufacturing services available through its sister company, Northwire.
