Pickering to highlight BMS testing

The event will take place from 18-20 June 2024 at Messe Stuttgart in Germany.

The Battery Show, co-located with the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, is a conference and tech expo focused on developments in battery technology and the automotive industries. The technical conference will explore advances in battery technology, next-generation materials, and key topics such as charging infrastructure, regulatory insights, production scaling, sustainability, recycling, and end-of-life options.

Outlining the BMS test rig demo, Paul Bovingdon, Simulation Product Manager at Pickering, said: “With the increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), one significant challenge to be tackled is effective testing and validation of battery management systems (BMS).
