Kurtz Ersa's rework system at SMTA

The Ersa HR 600 XL is designed for the professional rework of BTC components on large circuit boards. With a substantial heating area of 24.6 x 24.6 inches and the ability to accommodate PCBs up to 10 mm thick, the system is ideal for use across various industries, including military, aerospace, telecommunications, and infrastructure.

- Bottom-Side IR Matrix Heater™: This powerful 15-kW heater consists of 25 individually controlled heating elements, enabling precise heat distribution tailored to each application
- Hybrid Heating Head: A highly efficient 2,800 W heating head ensures top-quality desoldering and installation of components, ranging from chip resistors to large 120 x 150 mm BGAs and sockets
- Auto Scavenger: This feature allows for automatic, non-contact removal of residual solder immediately after component removal, eliminating the need for an additional heat cycle
