Red Rock Reps is to highlight Kurtz Ersa's complete product line at the SMTA Rocky Mountain Expo Tech Forum, scheduled to take place on Wednesday 28th January 2015 at the West Club, Mile High Stadium, Denver, Colorado. Red Rock Reps will discuss the full Ersa product line, including the HR 600 hybrid rework system and ECOSELECT 1.

The HR 600 is equipped with a dynamic, efficient heating technology with the underside heating's 2,400W total divided into three independent heating zones. The hybrid top-side emitter provides 800W of heating power and combines the advantages of infrared heating with those of a convection heater.

In order to thermally control the rework process, the HR 600 uses closed-loop technology. The component temperature is measured and can be controlled exactly. With the HR 600, non-contact temperature measurement is even more precise due to a digital infrared sensor (pyrometer).

The ECOSELECT 1 takes up less than 3m² of space, allowing it to fit snugly into cell production environments. In all process steps, the semiautomatic ECOSELECT 1 system uses the same Ersa selective soldering technology as the large Ersa VERSAFLOW systems without compromising quality or accuracy. The precision servo gantry system and electromagnetic pumping system, together with top- and bottom-side preheating, provide high capability and repeatability.
