Gearing up for CES 2025: what to expect
The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) is gearing up for CES 2025 with a series of impactful fall events, new exhibitors, refreshed branding, and acclaimed programming.
This comprehensive roadmap to CES 2025 promises to showcase groundbreaking innovations and foster global dialogues on technology’s role in enhancing and empowering lives.
A global prelude to CES 2025
In the lead-up to CES 2025, CTA is hosting events in major cities including Paris, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. These events aim to make significant show announcements, explore the latest technological advancements, and engage in meaningful conversations on technology’s global impact.
Gary Shapiro, CEO of CTA, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to host CES events around the globe that will offer a sneak peek into what’s coming in Las Vegas next January. Expect to see technology innovations from across the globe that are transforming industries, improving lives, and solving some of the world’s biggest challenges.”
Highlighting global innovations
The journey to CES 2025 began at the CTA CEO Summit in Stockholm, where CTA unveiled a new artificial intelligence (AI) study. The next stop is Paris for the CES Tech Trends x FDDay 2024 event, continuing CTA’s partnership with France Digitale and providing startups with networking and trend-discovery opportunities. CES Unveiled in Amsterdam will spotlight European innovations with a mix of exhibitions and conference sessions. Additional CES events this fall will further build anticipation for the main event in January.
Las Vegas: the epicentre of innovation
CES 2025 will transform Las Vegas into a nexus of technological innovation, drawing visionaries, technology companies, and startups from various sectors such as AI, health, sustainability, mobility, and enterprise. First-time exhibitors like Oshkosh Corporation and Komatsu will join the show, alongside returning AdTech companies like DoubleVerify and TripleLift.
Kinsey Fabrizio, President of CTA, highlighted the event’s significance: “CES is the place for the technology industry to dive in on business and technology trends, with thousands of exhibitors across the show floor and the average executive hosting nearly 30 meetings in Las Vegas. We are expanding our show floor across new venues and can’t wait to welcome exhibitors and attendees from around the world to Las Vegas for the innovation and collaboration that we see at CES each year.”
New branding and expanded programming
On August 28, CTA will unveil refreshed logos for both CES and CTA, marking a significant milestone coinciding with CTA’s 100th anniversary. This branding update reflects the organisation's continued growth and the evolving technology landscape.
Recognising innovation and expertise
CES continues to celebrate pioneering products and perspectives through its CES Innovation Awards and Call for Speakers. These initiatives aim to highlight the industry’s best innovations and thought leaders.
