Development board prizes to be won at embedded world

A free coffee mug and, more pertinently, the chance to win one of 11 development kits from some of Mouser’s leading suppliers, including Microchip Technology, Maxim, ON Semiconductor, NXP, and Linear Technology, now part of Analog Devices will be on offer from Mouser Electronics at embedded world 2018 in Nuremberg (February 27- March 1).

). Mouser representatives will be also be on hand to discuss the entire spectrum of embedded systems and display innovative solutions and technologies from a wide range of industry-leading manufacturers.

To enter the draw before Embedded World begins, visitors should go to the Mouser website.

 In Hall 3A, Booth 111, Mouser will demonstrate embedded technologies from three suppliers.

The Analog Devices team will be in the Mouser booth to demonstrate the ADALM-PLUTO active learning module and ADALM2000 hardware platform — an all-in-one USB oscilloscope, function generator, logic analyser, digital pattern generator, and power supply.

Representatives from Basler will show a facial recognition application using a Basler camera module, as well as an AAEON UP board running a facial recognition algorithm provided by Basler’s software partners, Sightcorp. Pycom will display its range of Internet of Things (IoT) development boards, showing how easy it can be to set up secure networks to acquire data from multiple wireless connection types, such as GSM, SigFox, and LoRa.

Throughout Embedded World, Mouser will also host presentations from top suppliers at the Exhibitor's Forum. Attendees can learn about the latest trends and technologies from Analog Devices, Digi International, Nordic Semiconductor, NXP, Silicon Labs, and Texas Instruments.

Mouser is also launching a fun, new game, Pick Pack Ship. Players help Matt the Mouser Robot pull as many components as possible while navigating through the Mouser warehouse. Each day of the exhibition, Mouser will award a prize to the five highest-scoring players.
