AOC will present a selection of its high-performance gaming monitors at the PC Gamer Weekender 2016 in London. The event, which takes place at the Old Truman Brewery, showcases the most recent trends in gaming. Visitors can enjoy a sneak peek at this year’s hottest games on the UK’s largest gaming floor and attend exciting keynote speeches, PC workshops and hardware demonstrations.

In the midst of all the action, AOC will be showcasing several displays at stand B38 in the Hardware Zone, including the recently launched C3583FQ 160 Hz curved gaming monitor with Adaptive-Sync (FreeSync compatible). Visitors are invited to try the different models with the racing simulation Project Cars and discover how the monitors can make their gaming experience even more immersive.

The 35″ AOC C3583FQ curved gaming monitor gives users a fully immersive experience for games, movies and more. With a radius of 2000mm it is more curved than other curved displays, providing an even higher level of immersion to gamers. The model boasts a 21:9 MVA panel with Wide Full HD resolution (2560 x 1080 pixels) and Adaptive-Sync technology (compatible with FreeSync, with a 45 to 160Hz range out of the box), which results in an ultra-smooth gaming experience without image tearing, stuttering, input lag or blur. For gamers who want a 21:9 display with even higher resolution, the 34″ AOC U3477PQU with the UltraWide QHD resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels will be on show as well.

In addition to the two large 21:9 models, AOC will also showcase two monitors with 24″ panels, a size chosen by may competitive gamers. The AOC G2460PF supports AMD FreeSync, which eliminates image tearing and stuttering, while enabling unhindered fast input. In order to enjoy these advantages, gamers only need a compatible AMD graphics adapter and driver. For players using NVIDIA graphics cards, the AOC G2460PG is the right choice.

Its integrated NVIDIA G-SYNC module synchronises the display refresh rates to the graphics card’s GPU, which eliminates tearing and minimises input lag, for a true real-time gaming experience. Both models boast a high refresh rate of 144Hz, a short response time of 1ms, a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a variety of ergonomic functions. The latter include height adjustment, swivel, tilt and pivot, so that every gamer can adjust the display to his or her individual needs.
