525MB/s SSDs to be presented at Embedded World 2015

Among these products is the company’s X-60 series of SATA III 6Gb/s bandwidth SSDs, which provide up to 525MB/s and random IO performance up to 75,000 IOPS. To meet the demands of today’s embedded storage applications, which require high performance, reliability and endurance, the devices leverage Swissbit’s developed hardware and firmware feature sets. Supporting today’s industry standard form-factors, the SSDs are available in capacities from 16 to 480GB.

The company’s first DDR4 ECC SODIMM, which achieves higher data rates with the same power consumption, will also be on display at the event. Operating at DDR4-2133 speed, the 8GB ECC SODIMM features optimised data bus termination, dynamic bus inversion and CRC protection of the command/address bus.

The PS-100u series of memory cards, which provide highly integrated storage-based security, will also be exhibited by the company. Offered in the micro SD form factor, the recently released PS-100u PE and PS-100u DP are available with and without a Smart Card. At its booth, Swissbit will demonstrate Secure Voice, cloud authentication, data protection and contact-free security.

Embedded World 2015 takes place from 24^th to 26^th February at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Nuremburg, Germany. Swissbit will be located in hall 1, booth 520.
