These devices are state-of-the-art components designed to meet the stringent requirements of medical, industrial and automotive applications characterised by long life, high performance and first-class reliability.
OSRAM says the LEDs offer best-in-class IR radiant intensity.
The LEDs offer optimal spectral performance in a compact package.
They are designed with double stack emitter die and moulded lens providing half angle of ± 25° for lensed versions.
With excellent operating temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C, these devices are fully qualified and tested based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, Stress Test Qualification for Automotive Grade Discrete Semiconductors.
