Cypress CapSense Solution Controls Innovative, LED-Based User Interface On New Epson Multi-Function Printers

Cypress Semiconductor announced that Epson has selected the CapSense capacitive touch solution to implement buttons and LED controls in its new multi-function printers. The new Epson Artisan 725, Stylus Photo PX720WD, Stylus Photo TX720WD, and Stylus Photo PX660 multi-function printers have a unique control panel with LEDs that intuitively guide users through common tasks. The printers offer a wide array of features, including wireless and wired connectivity and automatic double-sided printing to save paper.
