Compact high-brightness touch display for Cloud and industrial applications
Inelco Hunter has introduced a new 4.3” TFT touch display, designed for applications that require a compact, high-brightness screen. The display is well suited for Cloud-based Internet-connected products, portable devices, and industrial equipment.
It is also ideal for use in EV chargers, autonomous devices, data routers, industrial control systems, security systems, transport, aviation, IoT home products, and smart shopping trolleys. The display’s high brightness and wide viewing angle make it particularly effective in environments where readability and durability are key factors.
The 4.3” TFT touch display features a resolution of 480 × 3 (RGB) × 272 dots, delivering clear and vibrant visuals. It uses a transmissive LCD panel with a full viewing angle, ensuring high visibility from multiple directions. When unlit, the screen appears black, enhancing contrast and readability.
The display offers multiple interface options, including 8080 8-bit, 16-bit, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI, providing flexibility for integration into various systems. The drive IC used is the NV3041A-01, supporting reliable performance across different applications. The touch interface operates via I2C, ensuring smooth and responsive interaction.
The screen has a brightness level of 370cd/m², making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments where high visibility is required. The touch controller IC is the FocalTech FT5446U, known for its high accuracy and durability.
With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, the display is designed to function reliably in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Its MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is rated up to 30,000 hours at 25°C, ensuring long-term reliability.
