With the MIO-2260 DATA MODUL presents a new all-in-one ultra-small size embedded Single Board Computer (SBC) measuring only 100 x 72 mm which is easy to integrate into space-limited systems, making it a perfect fit for power saving environments. MIO-2260 is designed with the Intel® Atom™ N455 single core processor and DDR3 memory support up to 2GB DDR3 SODIMM.

It provides flexible modular design capability for customers through its innovative MIO extension interface (MIOe) which includes compatibility for 4 x PCIe x1, 3 x USB 2.0, Audio Line-out ,SMbus and LPC, as well as 5Vsb , 12Vsb and power control signal.
MIOe modules can be completely customized to meet customer’s requirements. It also can save investment costs and decreasing the development schedules.

TFT Displays can be controlled by single channel 18 bit LVDS. It has one VGA output and supports dual-display configurations.

The MIO-2260 has multiple applications in small HMI, embedded handheld devices, medical and intelligent home automation.

Like Advantech’s (Partner of DATA MODUL AG) other Embedded products, the new MIO-2260 provides a long-term availability of 5 - 7 years with a strict revision control.

DATA MODUL offers this highly integrated module with a wide range of different TFT Displays (AUO, Sharp, CMO...). Inverters, tested cables and adapted Power-ON/OFF timing are inclusive, making the need for a time intensive display adjustment redundant.

DATA MODUL is able to offer their customers firmware-development for Embedded Systems, driver-adjustments and adjustments of operating systems.
