Embedded World - Analog Devices' Partner Pavilion to Showcase Innovative Industrial Applications
Analog Devices will be hosting a Partner Pavilion at Embedded World 2010, where it will showcase a select group of companies and technologies that are shaping the future of industrial markets. ADI’s Embedded Partner Pavilion will be located in Hall 12, Stand 322.
ThroVisit the ADI Partner Pavilion and see demonstrations from Bluetechnix, Danville Signal Processing, IP Thinking, and Super Computing Systems AG.
Motor Control Demo – This motor control demonstration is based on the new Blackfin® BF506F Processor. With 400 MHz of performance as well as PWM (pulse width modulation) capability, an integrated true 12-bit ADC (analog-to-digital converter) and a 4 MB flash, the BF506F enables high performance closed-loop vector control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor delivering exceptional power efficiency.
Tiny Boards Demo (Bluetechnix) - Offers a set of sophisticated technology products based around Blackfin processors for the most demanding applications in a space and power constrained environment. A set of tiny core modules and outstanding development boards for rapid prototyping help developers and system integrators to quickly design their products and enable incredible performance in a small space.
DSP Function Modules Demo (Danville Signal Processing) - See the new dspblok™ modules based on the SHARC ADSP-21469 Processor. These DSP Function Modules are easy to incorporate into embedded applications and include a DSP, flash, EEPROM, switching power supplies for the core power supply and optional FPGA (field-programmable gate array). The company will also be showing the dspFlash™ programmer for Blackfin and SHARC processors that allows designers to easily write flash memory on Blackfin or SHARC embedded boards.
uClinux Development Kit Demo (IP Thinking) – Watch a demonstration of the versatile IPT-BF537 all-in-one development kit, based on the Blackfin ADSP-BF537 Processor, running the uClinux operating system with 6.5” full VGA (video graphics array) industrial grade touch screen, connectivity and open source software. All the developer has to do is plug it in and get started. Applications include home healthcare terminals, energy metering, consumer and industrial VoIP (voice over internet protocol) terminals, and vibration control systems.
Linux Smart Camera Reference Design Demo (Super Computing Systems AG) - The LeanXcam (Linux smart camera) reference design is an intelligent camera based on the Blackfin ADSP-BF537 Processor with a rich set of features that produces impressive performance with low production cost. The smart combination of a well-established sensor chip, Blackfin processor with embedded network connectivity, a tailored Linux-based operating system, and the image processing framework from Super Computing Systems, make it ideal for security and industrial applications.
