With the ECM-CDV DATA MODUL AG introduces a new 3.5“ embedded board powered by next generation Intel Atom N2600/D2700 processors and Intel NM10 Express chipset. It is the newest Intel Atom processor series, formerly codenamed “Cedar Trail,” are based on Intel’s 32nm process technology, and feature a two-chip platform, integrating the Northbridge chip with the CPU. This platform will bring enhanced performance, energy efficiency, manageability, security functions and a smoother visual experiences.

The ECM-CDV supports one 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM system memory with up to 4GB capacity. It provides dual channel 18/24-bit (24-bit is enabled on D2700 only) LVDS and multiple display configurations (CRT+LVDS, HDMI+LVDS or CRT+HDMI). The rich I/O deployment includes 1 x SATA, 2 x COM, 7 x USB 2.0 and 16-bit GPIOs which makes various requirements of embedded applications possible.

It also provides Audio, two Intel® 82574L Gigabit LANs, one expansion slot of mini PCIe card (support mSATA) one CF card slot and and it supports a wide range of power inputs( 12~28V) for flexible applications.

The ECM-CDV from Avalue (Partner of DATA MODUL AG) guarantees a long-term availability of between 5 - 7 years with a strict revision control.

DATA MODUL offers this highly integrated module also with a wide range of different TFT Displays (e.g. AUO, Sharp, CMI,...) including inverters, tested cables and adapted Power-ON/OFF timing. The use of a time intensive display adjustment therefore becomes redundant.

DATA MODUL is able to offer their customers firmware-development for Embedded Systems, driver-adjustments and adjustments of the operating systems.
