CST Announces 2011 Leading Technology Webinar Series
Computer Simulation Technology (CST) announces a new web based presentation series focused
on solving some of the most complex electromagnetic system problems. The series will make use of a wide range of antenna, electronics and bioEM application examples.
For component in isolation is no longer sufficient. Rather, installed performance is key and can determine
the overall success or failure of a project. CST STUDIO SUITE has been developed over recent years to
allow very large scale multi-component and full system simulation so that accurate, real world results
can be obtained in simulation. The risk of placing a well understood component in a tough EM
environment and then seeing it fail to meet expected performance objectives, can be mitigated.
This series will take a look at some systems including developing technologies such as in-flight wireless
connectivity, electromagnetic environmental effects (E3), PCB & chip package co-design, imaging &
treatment and reconfigurable antennas. One presentation will look at the development of computing
technology in recent years and how CST’s software is harnessing this power for very large scale
simulations.
The webinar series starts on 04 August 2011. All presentations are 45 minutes plus Q&A and start at
11.30 am Eastern US time, 5.30 pm CET. The full list of presentations can be accessed here:

“CST is always looking at what the customer is solving now and looking ahead to try to determine what
they may need to solve in the future.” commented Jonathan Oakley, VP Sales & Marketing, CST of
America, Inc. “This series of broadcasts will look at some real world, forward looking design challenges
and how simulation is increasingly useful for determining a full system performance”
