Cloud-Hosted Design Solution Achieves Industrial Software Competency Status

Achieving the AWS Industrial Software Competency differentiates Cadence as an AWS Partner Network member who has delivered proven customer success by providing specialized solutions that align with AWS architectural best practices to support the systems and semiconductor industry. In addition, Cadence has also achieved Advanced Technology Partner status in the APN.

The Cadence Cloud-Hosted Design Solution is based on a Cadence-patented architecture and provides software tools in a fully supported, managed and Electronic Design Automation optimized design environment built on AWS that has been customized for company-specific infrastructure and design requirements. The Cadence Cloud-Hosted Design Solution enhances customer cloud success through intelligent scalability that uses the optimal infrastructure type for each unique software workload to optimize cloud performance. The solution supports High-Performance Compute instance families, including Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud and the new Amazon EC2 z1d instances.
