Funded by ASI – the Italian Space Agency, the two-year GLAMS Project (Geopolymers for Additive Manufacturing and Lunar Monitoring) aims to create structural elements for the construction of lunar bases through a 3D printing approach that uses cement binders extracted from lunar soils (regolith).

On the occasion of the 2024 edition of RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Italian Landscape Designer and Gardener Giulio Giorgi has partnered with WASP for the creation of an unprecedented 3D-printed sensory ceramic garden in collaboration with World Child Cancer UK.

WASP, committed to developing innovative solutions to improve healthcare, created WASP Med in 2015, a multidisciplinary group dedicated to medical 3D printing.

For over four years WASP (World’s Advanced Saving Project) and IAAC (Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, Barcelona) have collaborated to develop research in the field of additive manufacturing of sustainable architecture.
