Designed for electric appliances, energy meters, and power supplies, the Vishay Draloric AC05..CS is a 5W axial silicone cemented, fusible wirewound safety resistor. It is claimed by Vishay to be the industry's first resistor designed to ensure safe and silent fusing operation during overload conditions, while offering surge voltage withstanding capability up to 6kV (1.2 µs / 50 µs).  

Featuring an operating temperature to +155°C, Vishay's IHLP inductor offers a high rated current from 7A to 100A in a 8787 case size. The IHLP-8787MZ-51 offers high efficiency with max. DCR from 0.67 mΩ to 39.4 mΩ and a wide range of inductance values from 0.47µH to 100µH.

Commercial-grade molded tantalum chip capacitors produced by Vishay Intertechnology are being qualified to the Electronic Components Industry Association's (ECIA) EIA-717 specification. By meeting the standard's rigorous testing and screening requirements, Vishay is aiming to provide  customers with a secure source for high-performance tantalum products.

Designed for next generation space-constrained automotive electronics, the TP8 series has been introduced by Vishay. AEC-Q200-qualified MicroTan solid tantalum chip capacitors, the series is suitable for bulk capacitance, energy storage, filtering, and decoupling in space-constrained automotive applications including tire pressure monitoring systems, camera modules, rearview mirrors, and remote keyless entry.

Designed to increase efficiency in mobile computing devices, the -20V Siliconix Si7157DP signals an expansion of Vishay's TrenchFET p-channel Gen III power MOSFET portfolio. Offering on-resistance of 0.0016Ω and 0.0020Ω at -10 V and -4.5 V ratings, respectively, the MOSFET is optimized for load and battery switches in power management applications for notebook computers.

Utilizing the latest advanced AllnGaP technology, the VLMx234.. series of power MiniLEDs have been made available by Vishay Intertechnology. The power MiniLEDs provides a typical luminous intensity of 3500 mcd and maximum luminous intensity of 4900 mcd at 70 mA while delivering improved thermal performance compared to previous-generation LEDs.

Expanding its portfolio of snap-in power aluminium capacitors, Vishay Intertechnology has introduced 159 PUL-SI series devices with voltage ratings of 500V at +105 °C. Featuring a long useful life, high ripple current to 2.80A at +105 °C, and maximum ESR down to 150 mΩ at 100Hz, these capacitor are designed for solar PV inverters, industrial motor controls, and power supplies.

Handling drive currents of up to 70mA due to incorporating larger chips, the VLM.334.. series is an advanced modification of Vishay's VLM.31.. series of LEDs. Due to handling higher current drives, the VLM.334.. series produces improved luminous intensity.  

Offering high programmable switching frequencies to 4 MHz, the Siliconix SiP12108 signals an expansion of the exisiting microBUCK family of integrated synchronous buck regulators from Vishay. Providing designers with a complete high-current solution in only 180 mm², the regulator features high- and low-side power MOSFETs in a space-saving 3 mm by 3 mm QFN-16 package.

Believed to be one of the industry's first automotive-qualified dual MOSFETs in an asymmetric package, the SQJ940EP and SQJ942EP dual n-channel TrenchFET power MOSFETs have been announced by Vishay. Operating over a wide temperature range from -55 to +175°C, the MOSFETs provide the ruggedness and reliability required for in-vehicle applications.

The popular TSOP36... series of miniature surface-mount IR receivers has been upgraded by Vishay. Designed for infared (IR) remote control applications in consumer products, the TSOP36... series now offers a 20% improvement in sensitivity over previous generation devices, a minimum irradiance of 0.12 mW/m², and incorporates an improved optical filter against IR 3D TV signals and other noise.

A new series of stainless steel braking/crowbar resistors have been announced by Vishay.
