Expanding its portfolio of fast body diode n-channel power MOSFETs, Vishay Intertechnology has announced a series of 650V fast body diode MOSFETs. The EF series devices (SiHx21N65EF, SiHx28N65EF and SiHG33N65EF) provide additional voltage headroom for industrial, telecomms and renewable energy applications when desired.

An integrated UV light sensor for the detection of UVA and UVB light intensity, the VEML6075 from Vishay Intertechnology, features Filtron technology for high UV sensitivity and linearity. Vishay Intertechnology has announced that it has extended its IHHP series of low-profile, high-current power inductors with two devices in the compact 3x3mm 1212 case size. Offering a wide range of inductance values from 0.33 to 10µH and low profiles of 0.8 and 1.0mm, respectively, the Vishay Dale IHHP-1212ZH-01 and IHHP-1212AZ-01 are designed to save space and increase efficiency in portable electronics.
