Designed to save space in next-generation ADAS and sensor applications, the Vishay Dale IHLP-1212AZ-5A, IHLP-1212BZ-A1, and IHLP-1212BZ-5A combine high operating temperatures of up to +155°C with extremely low profiles down to 1.0mm.

Low-profile ultrafast rectifiers boost power density

200V FRED Pt Ultrafast recovery rectifiers in the eSMP series MicroSMP (DO-219AD) package have been unveiled by Vishay Technology, including a device that offers a current rating to 2A. Measuring 2.5mm by 1.3mm with a low 0.65mm profile, the 1A VS-1EQH02HM3 and 2A VS-2EQH02HM3 provide space-saving alternatives to rectifiers in the SMA.

Featuring a powdered iron alloy core technology, the Vishay Custom Magnetics IHDM-1008BC-30 provides stable inductance and saturation over a demanding operating temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C with low power losses and excellent heat dissipation.

Inductors save space in ADAS and sensor applications

Offered in the 3.3 mm by 3.3 mm 1212 case size to save space in next-generation ADAS and sensor applications, the Vishay Dale IHLP-1212AZ-A1 and IHLP-1212AB-A1 combine operating temperatures of +125 °C with extremely low profiles down to 1.0 mm, while the IHLP-1212AB-5A features high operating temperatures to +155 °C and a profile of 1.2 mm.

UVC emitting diode comes in compact SMD package

IR receiver modules deliver improved sensitivity

Two series of miniature infrared (IR) receiver modules for IR remote control applications have been introduced by Vishay Intertechnology. Devices in the Vishay Semiconductors TSOP95xxx and TSOP96xxx series deliver improved dark-ambient and disturbed-ambient sensitivity to infrared signals, better suppression of RF noise, and excellent pulse-width accuracy.
