Compact bias supply with power stage reference design
This reference design is a 4.2W, single-channel, automotive 12V battery input flyback bias supply for IGBT/SiC isolated gate drivers. The supply accepts a wide input range of 4.5V to 65VDC. The output is configurable as +15V,–8V or +20V, –4V at loads up to 180mA for driving the IGBT/SiC MOSFET power modules.
