With its new solution, Sky-Futures aims to enable enterprise to be up and running quickly with a drone-based inspection capability supporting their specific market sector needs. The Sky-Futures solution provides all the tools to get started as well on-going support as organisations scale up their drone operations.

  Sky-Futures is rolling out a basic drone certification course; the new course will enable persons and organisations in the UK to reach the basic standard required to operate drones under a CAA Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO).

A partnership has been set up between Sky-Futures and Flyability to bring to market a fully integrated solution for drone-based industrial inspection. The Flyability Elios is a collision-tolerant drone allowing access to complex and confined spaces where manned entry is not possible or desirable.
