Saline Lectronics has purchased and installed a Nikon Metrology XT V 160 Varian 1313Dx X.Tract PCB inspection system with the Advanced Service Kit, AutoTransformer, and Inspect-X Software. According to the company, the system will better enable Lectronics to provide customers with fast, automated 3D component inspection.

Saline Lectronics has recently installed the Stinger on its DEK Horizon 03iX printer used on a high-volume SMT Line. The Stinger is a low-volume dispense module that can be attached to the camera carriage of a standard DEK printer.

Saline Lectronics has installed an SAR-800-B 1-CL High-Performance Router from Schunk Electric. Lectronics now can offer customers consistent results for odd-shaped or high-reliability PCBAs, as well as more flexibility with depanelization methods.

  Storage solutions has announced that Saline Lectronics has purchased and installed an ISM2000 intelligent storage management machine, with sales and service by Juki. The ISM2000 will support the Juki lines by ensuring that materials are in the right place at the right time.

An electronic manufacturer has increased it's SMT capacity with the acquisition of manufacturing equipment. Saline Lectronics has purchased two Juki FX-3RA High-speed Modular Mounters. As well as increasing the company's SMT capacity these purchases will also increase it's efficiency, enabling manufacturing technicians to rely more on machines.

Saline Lectronics recently purchased its fifth SMT line from Juki Automation Systems. The new line consists of the latest equipment from Juki including an FX-3R High-Speed Chip Mounter, KE-3020V, Matrix Tray Changer with side mount and a Juki Automatic Stencil Printer.

Saline Lectronics announces that Davina McDonnell recently relocated to its new San Diego, CA facility as the West Coast Business Development Manager. Davina will facilitate current customer relationships in the region and expand Saline Lectronics’ overall presence.
