Ultra-precise analogue front end
NJU9103 is an Analog Front End (AFE) with an integrated PGA (Programmable Gain Amplifier) that has been released by NJR at Rutronik. The product can be used to process analogue signals with an amplification of G-512. Being able to configure the front end with a microcontroller via a serial peripheral interface aims to ensure an array of application opportunities.
1W DC/DC converter powers GaN drivers
The isolated 1W DC/DC converter series RP-xx06S designed by RECOM and now available at Rutronik power the latest GaN (Gallium Nitride) drivers. The converters meet the demanding requirements of GaN drivers with a 5200VDC isolation and a low isolation capacitance of less than 10pF.

Rutronik, TDK extend European pact
Rutronik and TDK Europe have significantly expanded their distribution agreement for the European market. In addition to the TDK-Micronas and TDK-Lambda brands, Rutronik is now selling TDK’s EPCOS brand of products. Under the EPCOS brand, TDK offers aluminum electrolytic and foil capacitors, transformers, varistors, thermistors, piezo components, and actuators for haptic feedback.
AF transistor replaces obsolete part
The NPN Silicon AF Transistor BC817K from Diotec in a SOT-23 package, now available from Rutronik, is an equivalent substitute for the obsolete BC817K from Infineon. With a power dissipation of 500mW, a high collector current of 500mA, a peak collector current of up to 1A as well as a high current gain between 100 (BC817K-16) and 630 (BC817K-40), measured at 100mA.
Snubberless triacs designed for increasing number of AC loads
Part of STMicroelectronics’ T-series and available at Rutronik, the T1635T-8I Snubberless 16A Triac, is designed for the increasing number of AC loads in appliance control applications. The triacs are available in a ceramic-insulated TO-220AB package, which meets both immunity and high-commutation needs.
Wet won't worry enhanced MCU touch sensor
Improved robustness of the touch sensor makes the Renesas RX130 microcontroller family, now available from Rutronik, especially suitable for use in wet environments such as kitchens and bathrooms. The newly integrated capacitive touch sensor features improved sensitivity and noise immunity and operates better in wet conditions.

The VL53L1CXV0FY/1 from STMicroelectronics is a state-of-the-art, Time-of-Flight (ToF), laser-ranging sensor, enhancing the FlightSense product family, now available from Rutronik. It is claimed to be the fastest miniature ToF sensor on the market with long-distance accurate ranging up to 400cm and fast ranging frequency up to 50Hz.
