A 13-model family of 8GHz solid-state RF PXI switches, including SPDT, SP4T, SP6T, SP8T, SP16T and 4x4 Matrix devices has been unveiled by Pickering Interfaces. The series 40-88xA high-performance switch family now covers 10MHz to 8GHz in the modular PXI format for easy system integration.

Four and six channel LXI 50Ω microwave multiplexers in compact 1U and 2U rack-mount form factors have been launched by Pickering Interfaces. The 60-801/60-802 high-performance microwave switches feature excellent RF characteristics and repeatability to within 0.01dB.

  Modular signal switching and simulation products, Pickering Interfaces, has launched its model 40-263 PXI RTD simulator module range that provides a cost-effective method of simulating PT100, PT500 or PT1000 RTDs (resistance temperature detectors) with high accuracy.

A six-slot modular USB/LXI chassis that occupies only a small, 1U rack-height form factor, making it suitable for portable and space-restricted rack-mount applications has been released by Pickering Instruments.The 60-106 chassis accepts from one to six Pickering PXI 3U modules; the user can choose from over 1000 module types including programmable resistors, matrices, multiplexers, general purpose relays, RF switches and fault insertion units.

A range of products designed to increase test efficiency and productivity will be featured by – Pickering Interfaces at electronica in Munich, Germany (November 13 - 16). Making its debut will be a high-accuracy PXI RTD simulator. The 40-263 is a cost-effective method of simulating PT100, PT500 or PT1000 RTDs from -150°C to >850°C.

RF & Microwave switching products that increase test system effectiveness and productivity will be demonstrated by Pickering Interfaces at European Microwave Week (September 25-27). A show debutant will be the 13-model family of PXI 8GHz solid-state RF switches, including SPDT, SP4T, SP6T, SP8T, SP16T and 4x4 Matrix devices.

A PXIe version of its USB 2.0 Hub module has been introduced by Pickering Interfaces. It offers the same capabilities as the company’s PXI USB 2.0 Hub (model 40-738). This USB 2.0 Hub (model 42-738) is a single-slot 3U PXIe module that combines an 8-port USB 2.0 hub and USB data/power switching to provide a controlled connection between the backplane and USB products.

PXI Fault Insertion Switches (model 40-202) that are available with 22 or 11 fault insertion channels have been announced by Pickering Interfaces. They were primarily designed to simulate fault conditions in automotive and avionics test applications involving the reliability testing of safety-critical controllers.

  At productronica 2017 in Munich, Germany on 14th-17th November, Pickering Interfaces will showcase their latest high density PXI and Ethernet LXI Switching and Simulation on booth A1.452.

A four-Slot USB/LXI Modular Chassis from Pickering Interfaces will make its debut at IEEE AUTOTESTCON 2017 (September 12-15) in Schaumburg, Illinois.   Pickering Interfaces has expanded its 40-785B PXI Microwave Multiplexers range with new 50GHz modules. These new modules are single or dual 6-channel multiplexers with relays mounted on the front panel.

A broad catalogue of PXI and Ethernet LXI RF & Microwave switching solutions will be displayed by Pickering Interfaces IEEE MTT-S 2017 International Microwave Symposium (IMS) (June 6 – 9). Pickering’s RF & Microwave Switching solutions range from low-level DC signals to RF and Microwave.

The range of High-Density 2 Amp PXI Multiplexers has been extended at Pickering Interfaces. The new products are available in 20 different configurations, and are designed for signal routing in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and data acquisition systems. The Multiplexers use high-quality electromechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2 Amps and voltage up to 200VDC/140VAC.
