Collaboration to explore in-space manufacturing

Aerospace STEM summer camp launched for UK students
Northrop Grumman has launched its Summer Time Advanced Aerospace Residency (STAAR) programme, a summer camp open to students across the UK, aged 14-15 years, with an interest in aerospace engineering. The STAAR programme has been developed in partnership with the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the RAF Museum, and will be delivered in association with RAF Cosford and Tablet Academy.

Competition recognises cyber security talent of the future
The winners of Northrop Grumman's 2017 CyberCenturion competition have been announced following a face-to-face final against the clock between ten teams aged 12-18 years. The CyberCenturion winners were announced on 25th April at the Institution for Engineering and Technology, London, where the finals were held, following a day long competition. Northrop Grumman Develops New Gallium Arsenide E-Band High-Power MMICs
Northrop Grumman has developed new gallium arsenide Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit high-power amplifiers operating in the E-Band communication frequency spectrum. The APH667 and the APH668 are GaAs-based broadband, three-stage amplifier devices that operate from 81 – 86GHz and 71 – 76GHz respectively.
