MCUs target automotive, industrial applications

The Freescale Semiconductor Kinetis EA Series Microcontrollers is now available at Mouser Electronics. The microcontroller is based on a 48MHz ARM Cortex‑M0+ core with a single‑cycle 32x32‑bit multiplier, and is automotive AEC‑Q100 grade 1 qualified. Up to 128KBytes of Flash, 16KBytes of SRAM, and 256Bytes of EEPROM are available.
