MIRTEC, known for its inspection technology, announces that it has been awarded the 2023 GLOBAL Technology Award in the Conformal Coating Equipment category.

Mirtec announced its latest development in inspection technologies to be revealed at productronica 2023. This event is scheduled from 14-17 November at Messe München in Munich, Germany.

MIRTEC has just announced that EIT has chosen its MV-6 OMNI 3D AOI Machine citing  performance and 3D defect detection capability as the prime selection criteria. Established in 1977, EIT provides  manufacturing and box-build assemblies to  customers in the medical, industrial, communications, defence and aerospace markets.

MIRTEC  now sells direct to customers in the UK. After 10 years of selling products through a distributor in the UK, MIRTEC Europe has changed format. David Bennett, President of MIRTEC Europe, said that the company has accepted the repeated customer requests to work with MIRTEC directly, and that he believes this direct contact will strengthen the company as well as the relationship with its customers.
