Audio SoC devices & modules feature BLE capabilities

32-bit PIC32 MCUs feature core independent peripherals
Microchip announces the company’s lowest power and most cost-effective family of 32-bit PIC32 MCUs. The PIC32MM family is the first PIC32 to feature core independent peripherals, designed to offload the CPU for lower power and lower system design cost. The PIC32MM devices are supported by the Microchip MPLAB Code Configurator (MCC) to help simplify and accelerate designs.
BLE modules offer embedded scripting capability
Microchip announces two next-gen BLE solutions with an easy-to-use ASCII-style command interface that makes the devices easy to configure and eliminates any complicated code compiling. The RN4870 and RN4871 support the latest Bluetooth 4.2 specification and have a Bluetooth stack on board with a scripting engine to enable standalone operation and eliminate MCU use for simple applications.
Automotive infotainment networking solution
