MicroCare Europe bvba plans to showcase new cleaning chemistry at the SMT Hybrid Packaging Expo in Nuremberg, Germany from 16-18 May. The  Tergo High Performance Flux Remover is a non-flammable, low-temperature vapour degreasing fluid formulated for high-volume production cleaning of circuit boards in automated vapour degreasing systems. 

Introducing its three new circuit board cleaners, MicroCare will be at the enormous NEPCON Shanghai Exposition in April 2017. These products use novel chemical formulations not previously on the market from any vendor to help companies lower their PCB cleaning costs, improve product quality and meet ever-more stringent regulatory obligations.

MicroCare Asia will use NEPCON Shanghai, 25th-27th April as the platform in which to highlight three innovative new cleaning chemistries of the Tergo family: the Tergo Metal Cleaning Fluid, the Tergo Chlorine-Free Cleaning Fluid and the Tergo High-Performance Flux Remover. For NEPCON, the most important of these is the Tergo High Performance Flux Remover because NEPCON is primarily an electronics assembly exposition.

Officially opening its newest manufacturing facility on Production Court in New Britain, CT, MicroCare has a manufacturing space of 15,000 square feet, a quality lab and offices. The ceremonial red ribbon was cut by New Britain Mayor, Erin Stewart, assisted by MicroCare Chief Operating Officer Tom Tattersall. MicroCare Corp will once again be showcasing its family of critical cleaning products at the IPC APEX EXPO, in San Diego (14-16 February) and will introduce its Tergo High Performance Flux Remover. Featuring what is said to be a  new chemistry, Tergo is a non-flammable, low-temperature rinsing fluid with a non-volatile additive that performs the cleaning function.

MicroCare’s Sticklers fibre optic slice & connector precision cleaning fluid has been improved. It is now dispensed more efficiently and enables users to get over 650 cleanings from a standard 85ml (3oz) can, an increase of more than 62% with no increase in the product’s price.

The Sticklers fibre optic cleaning team will be showcasing another innovation at BICSI Winter 2017 at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa FL from Jan 22-26. This innovation will grab the attention of installers using MPO interconnects.
