A four-year partnership has been announced between McLaren Racing and Stratasys, in which Stratasys will supply McLaren Racing with a suite of 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions, as the Official Supplier of 3D Printing Solutions to the McLaren-Honda Formula 1 team.

A technical agreement to bring simulators and associated technology to the global automotive market has been annouced from McLaren Applied Technologies (M.A.T.) and MTS Systems. Under the terms of the agreement, M.A.T. and MTS will create and deliver a next-gen Vehicle Dynamics Simulator (VDS), which uses a tightly integrated ‘driver-in-the-loop’ system for engineering the development of road cars.
