Luger Research / LED professional announced today that their membership application has been accepted by the International SSL Alliance (ISA) making them the first publishing house to join this not-for-profit NGO. Luger Research has signed a contract with the general secretary of the Zhaga Consortium, Mr. Menno Treffers for the exclusive publishing rights of 7 articles put together by the consortium.
