Littelfuse Wins China Electronics Fair Award
Littelfuse announced today that it has won the 2010 Leading Electronic Component Manufacturer Award in the Circuit Protection category, “Leading Circuit Protection Supplier.” This is the second year in a row that Littelfuse won the award, which is sponsored annually in China by the China Electronics Fair, CNTRONICS.com and China Electronic Market Magazine.
Littelfuse Introduces 977 Series 5x20mm-Size 500VAC/450VDC Fuses
Littelfuse introduced its new 977 Series of ceramic body, 5x20mm-size fuses designed for circuit protection in both high-power AC and power-efficient DC applications. The 450VDC rating of the 977 Series sets it apart from other manufacturers’ fuse products.
Littelfuse Introduces SP1005 and SP1007 Series Bidirectional 0201 TVS Diodes for ESD Protection
Littelfuse announced the introduction of the SP1005 and SP1007 Series today. Both series are discrete bidirectional TVS diodes for ESD protection measuring only 0.62x0.32x0.28mm. The SP1005 (30pF @ 0V) offers up to ±30kV ESD protection and 10A (tP=8/20µs) of surge protection with only 0.7Ω of dynamic resistance, providing best-in-class clamping performance. The SP1007 (3.5pF @ 2.5V) can withstand up to ±8kV ESD, which protects up to the m...
Littelfuse - 215SP Series 5x20mm Time-Lag Fuse with Single-Pigtail Design
Littelfuse has introduced the 215SP Series fuse, a single pigtail fuse that complements Littelfuse’s line of traditional pigtail fuses. Unlike the existing 215 Series, the 215SP Series fuse has one cap at each terminal side, rather than double caps at each side. By doing away with conventional overcapping, Littelfuse was able to offer a ceramic-body fuse with a more compact footprint in the 5x20mm size.
Littelfuse Introduces Pxxx1DF-1 and Pxxx1DF-1E Series Fixed Voltage Protection SIDACtor® Devices That Protect SLICs from Damaging Overvoltage Transients
Littelfuse, Inc. has introduced two new series of SIDACtor devices that protect sensitive SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) from damaging overvoltage transients caused by lightning and AC power faults. The Pxxx1DF-1 and Pxxx1DF-1E Series Fixed Voltage Protection SIDACtor® devices enhance the reliability of telecom equipment by providing single-port (both tip and ring) protection in a single package.
Littelfuse Introduces SP3011 Series, First Device with Fully Integrated ESD Protection for USB 3.0
Littelfuse, Inc. announced the introduction of the SP3011 Series for USB 3.0 ESD protection, a six-channel, ultra-low capacitance diode array packaged in a 3.5x1.35x0.5mm µDFN-14.
Littelfuse Announces High-Energy Series of Transient Voltage Suppressors to Protect Critical Equipment
Littelfuse, Inc. has introduced its AK15 Series of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) devices to prevent the destruction of expensive electronic gear from high-energy transients. With their 15kA surge current rating, AK15 devices provide the highest level of TVS protection available in the industry. They will be especially useful to manufacturers of mission critical equipment such as cellular telecom infrastructure apparatus, industrial transient...
