LG Display announced that it will supply OLED panels to ilroom, a specialised home furniture brand of the Fursys Group. The desk light is the first of its kind in the world to use OLED light panels as the light source. It is also significant as the first convergence project for OLED lighting with furniture. The OLED desk light is separately attached to the desk shelf and it is designed to produce highly uniform OLED light.

Attempting to capture a larger share of the fast-growing mobile accessories market, LG Electronics has introduced the industry’s first solid rollable wireless portable keyboard at IFA 2015. Unlike other portable keyboards on the market, LG’s Rolly Keyboard (model KBB-700) folds up along the four rows to create an easy-to-carry 'stick' that fits into a pocket or bag.
Quad HD display improves smartphone resolution
LG Display has launched a QHD (Quad High Definition) LCD panel for smartphones that it says represents a quantum jump in colour gamut, brightness, contrast ratio, touch function, power consumption and thinness.
