A new £900,000+ research project, led by KW Special Projects (KWSP) and funded by the UK’s innovation agency Innovate UK, is set to rethink the additive manufacture of ceramics. Called CerAMake, the project aims to exploit existing deposition technologies to provide improved properties via a scalable ceramic binder jetting platform.

High performing engineering consultancy KWSP will design and manufacture a new state-of-the-art wind tunnel to Silverstone’s new Sports Engineering Hub in Northamptonshire, as part of the innovative technology consortium Sports Aero Solutions Limited (SASL).

An innovative new braille printer, developed by engineering consultancy KWSP together with design partner Co&Co, has scooped two international design awards. Just months after completing a working prototype, b.my.jet has been honoured, with a silver award from A’Design and first place in the office equipment category for the IDA Design Awards.
