Keithley Instruments has announced results for its fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2009. Net sales were $24.1 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009, a decrease of $9.1 million, or 27 percent from net sales of $33.1 million in last year’s fourth quarter.
