Juki America – EAS Division, a global pioneer in automated assembly products and systems, announces its recognition at the 2024 Mexico Technology Awards, where it received accolades in two prestigious categories: ‘Component Placement Equipment – High Volume for the LX-8 Advanced Flexible Mounter’ and ‘Material Handling for the ISM 3600 FA, FAMR System’.

Juki Automation Systems has announced an agreement, under which Juki will incorporate ATS’s Feeder Finger into several models of Juki Feeders.

Juki Automation Systems has announced an SPI to Screen Printer Bundle Closed Loop Package which includes the GL Plus Screen Printer coupled with the CyberOptics SE500-II. The package is said to increase first-pass yields by automatically correcting the x-y registration on the screen printer with measurements off of the SPI.

  Juki has announced an intelligent storage system, ISM UltraFlex 3600, now providing automatic kitting for the next run on placement machines. Providing the ultimate flexibility, the system communicates with the placement system when a reel of parts is low.

Juki Automation Systems has introduced the JX-350 LED mounter designed to support a wide variety of LED nozzles and which can place up to six diffusing lenses over the top of the LED simultaneously for backlighting applications.

JUKI introduces JX-350, a long board SMT placement machine. JX-350 is the successor to JUKI’s LED dedicated mounter JX-300LED, and significantly improves the placing ability of diffusion lenses for LED production. By reducing the weight of the beam and revising the head drive control, its placement speed increased by 18% to 32,000cph compared to the previous model.

Juki Automation Systems (JAS) has announced that it will exhibit in booth 718 at SMTA International, scheduled to take place from 29th to 30th September 2015 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. JAS will showcase several updated flexible solutions designed for both high-volume and high mix environments.

A modular counter that combines high quality, flexibility and productivity has been announced by Juki. The RX-6, equipped with the LNC120 LaserAlign module, features a placement speed of up to 26,000CPH (IPC985) on a footprint of only 1.25 m, and is even more accurate and reliable than previous models. The RX-6 is extendable by the RX-7 Ultra-High-Speed Placer that reaches a maximum placement speed of 60,000CPH (IPC9850).  

Juki Automation Systems announces that PRUF LED selected its JX-100LED and PMAX II to assist with the manufacture of a broad spectrum of LED lighting panels, including the only 4x2' panels produced in the United States. Both systems were installed at PRUF LED’s new cutting-edge, fully automated SMT production facility in Robinson, Texas.
