Japan UNIX has incorporated core technologies from its accumulated soldering expertise into various soldering modules and unit products. These soldering units enable existing machines to automate soldering operations.

Japan Unix, a solutions provider for manual and soldering automation, will exhibit at the 2016 IPC APEX EXPO. Products on display will include the Solder Meister High-Performance Soldering Robot: UNIX-410 Series.

Japan Unix announces plans to exhibit in Booth 8 at the upcoming SMTA Expo in Guadalajara, Mexico, which is scheduled to take place from 14th to 15th October at the Riu Hotel in Guadalajara, Mexico. Company representatives will demonstrate the 410S series Japan Unix Desktop Selective Soldering Robots.

  A variable laser spot diameter system, the Multi-ɸ (Phi) Laser, has been announced by Japan Unix. It allows mixed-component assembly PCBs to be processed using just one machine.

Laser shapes in a variety of types, including circle, oval, square, ring, oval ring and twin, have been released by Japan Unix. A beam-splitting technology provides a twin-spot laser, which enables the simultaneous soldering of two joints.

A laser soldering robot, the Multi-phi laser, will be exhibited by Japan Unix at the 2014 Nepcon South China fair. Marking the first time the Multi-phi laser soldering system will be on display in China, visitors can visit the robot in Booth A-1J10 between 26th and 28th August, 2014 at at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, China.
