Jankel and Bodytrak have partnered to develop technology and protection solutions to mitigate the impact of excessive vibration, particularly for defence and security platforms.

Jankel has delivered the first of their ‘next generation’ Guardian Counter Terror Assault Vehicle-Urban (CTAV-URBAN) to an undisclosed customer. Based on the latest 2020 Ford F-550 platform, the Guardian CTAV-URBAN features a new Mobile Adjustable Ramp System (MARS) from long-standing partners Patriot 3 who work exclusively with Jankel in the UK.

Jankel and NGO protection systems has received an order for 35 Toyota LC200 vehicles following the recent launch of their 'Act Now - Armour Later' initiative. The vehicles have been ordered by an undisclosed existing customer and will be securely stored and maintained by Jankel prior to being armoured, as required.

Jankel has achieved an important Final Design Review (FDR) milestone with a twin-cab pickup variant of their Hot Formed Armoured Toyota LC200. The vehicle has been designed for an undisclosed customer.

Mack Defense has partnered with Jankel to provide the seating solution for their 3rd generation M917A3 Heavy Dump Truck (HDT).

Jankel has refreshed their brand and at the same time, launched a new website. The company was founded in 1955 by Robert Jankel and remains family owned. Today, Jankel is a global group of companies comprising of the UK Head Office company, Jankel Tactical Systems in US and a partnership, Jordan Light Vehicle Manufacturing (JLVM), based in Jordan.

Jankel Tactical Systems has been awarded three contracts to supply their BLASTech mitigation seats to a US based MRAP provider. The contracts have a multi-million dollar combined value. This announcement coincides with the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Conference (TWVC), taking place in Monterey, California, 3rd-5th February 2019.

  Jankel is celebrating 15 years of success in Australia at the Land Forces 2018 event. Land Forces 2018 is taking place 4th-6th September in Adelaide, where Jankel will be exhibiting their capabilities on stand number 4L11.
