IRC Develops High Temperature Thick Film Chip Resistors Capable Of Operation To 200°C
Providing design engineers with high stability, high temperature devices for demanding environments, TT electronics IRC has developed a series of high temperature thick film chip resistors. Designated the HTC Series, the chip resistors feature an operating temperature to +200°C and are available in standard chip sizes including 1206, 2010 and 2512 packages.
Improved SOT23 Voltage Divider for Precision Applications
Providing design engineers with an ultra-stable, compact alternative to discrete resistor matched sets for high reliability divider circuits, TT electronics IRC has enhanced its SOT23 surface mount voltage divider for space-constrained applications. The new DIV23 Series voltage divider utilizes IRC’s patented self-passivating TaNFilm (Tantalum Nitride) on silicon technology and features an extended resistance range to 200K.
IRC Increases Power Ratings of Pulse-Withstanding Chip Resistors
Providing design engineers with a higher wattage device without increasing the package size, TT electronics IRC has increased the power ratings of its PWC Series resistors. IRC now offers the pulse-withstanding chip resistors in 1/2W (1206 size, increased from 1/3W); 1W (2010 size, increased from 3/4W); and 2W (2512 size, increased from 1.5W).
