Share the power between your mobile devices
Enabling consumers to wirelessly charge a mobile device from another device, Integrated Device Technology has introduced its 'Wireless PowerShare' technology. The multi-mode, multi-function (receiver and transmitter) chip supports all major wireless power standards for magnetic resonance and magnetic induction charging, allowing you to charge wearable devices by simply placing them near an enabled smart phone.
IDT enables wireless charging for Samsung Galaxy
Samsung is utilising IDT’s P92xx magnetic induction transmitter in the Galaxy charging pad to enable wireless charging for its Galaxy smart phone. The IDT transmitter supports the Wireless Power Consortium’s Qi standard, and offers a high level of programmability while consuming ultra-low standby power, meeting Energy Star requirements.
Wireless power chipset untethers tablets
Integrated Device Technology introduces a wireless power chipset designed to untether medium-sized electronic devices such as tablets and phablets. Complying with the WPC medium-power specification for magnetic induction charging, the P9240 transmitter and P9022A receiver operate together to deliver 10W of power.

High-speed multiplexer targets DDR4 NVDIMM technology
Integrated Device Technology has announced a high-speed multiplexer targeting the nascent NVDIMM (non-volatile dual in-line memory module) ecosystem. The 12-bit bus switch/multiplexer features a make-before-break circuit that prevents glitches when switching and AC and DC parameters optimised for DDR4, enabling the highest possible memory channel performance for NVDIMMs even when intermixed with other DIMM types.
IDT wireless offering showcased at Mobile World Congress
Integrated Device Technology has announced that it will showcase its wireless technology at Mobile World Congress 2015, running 2nd to 5th March, at the Fira Gran Via, Barcelona. Crystal oscillators feature 300fs RMS phase jitter
Two families of crystal oscillators, which are customisable for frequencies from 16kHz to 1.5GHz, have been introduced by Integrated Device Technology (IDT). Suitable for networking, communications, data I/O, storage and server applications, the XU and XL oscillators feature a typical jitter value of 300fs RMS with a maximum value of 400fs, integrated over 12kHz to 20MHz.

IDT Announces New Internally Matched Broadband RF VGA with Ultra-High Linearity
Integrated Device Technology, Inc today introduced the F0480, an internally matched 400 to 2700 MHz broadband radio frequency (RF) variable gain amplifier (VGA) designed to simplify the design process while ensuring a more reliable implementation. RF mixer is claimed to consume up to 30% less power
Delivering RF technology that reduces distortion in LTE and time-division duplexing systems while minimising power consumption, the F1178 RF mixer has been released by Integrated Device Technology. Improving third order intercept point (IP3O) by up to 8dB, the device is claimed to consume up to 30% less power than competing devices, at 1.4W.

RF switch offers high isolation & linearity
Providing a combination of low insertion loss, high isolation and linearity, the F2912 RF switch has been introduced by Integrated Device Technology. Achieving broad bandwidth without sacrificing performance, the device operates over a frequency range from 300KHz to 8GHz. The switch provides low path loss without compromising isolation performance with a low IL of 0.4dB.
SoC-friendly clock family reduces board space by 90%
A SoC-friendly, PCIe timing family has been expanded with the introduction of 1.5 V clock generators and clock multiplexers. IDT's latest additions join the previously introduced 1.5 V buffers to provide enterprise-level performance for space- and power-constrained designs. The company claim that the chips offer up to a 90% reduction in power and board space compared to standard 3.3 V current-mode HCSL devices.
