Coaxial Cable 4.0 supports UV-cured lining systems
Able to withstand extremely harsh environments and high mechanical loads the cable was designed for an above-average service life, while its small outer diameter of only 22 mm belies the sophisticated engineering of the cable. With its drum reeling „New Generation Coaxial Cable 4” HRADIL Spezialkabel GmbH in Bietigheim has presented the first robot cable for UV-cured lining systems with two coaxial cables.
Three-In-One Cable: CAN-Bus, Ethernet Cat. 7 and 300V Power Supply
Typically it will be used aboard heavy-duty machinery in open-cast mining and road construction work. Here, extreme mechanical conditions such as vibrations and high tensile loads conspire to make life hell for the cables. The best is yet to come, however: even though HRADIL’s cable consists of three separate cables “rolled” into one it has a cross-section of just 23.6 mm. Compared with other conventional single cables it i...
High endurance cable features a nominal voltage in tough conditions
Hradil Spezialkabel has presented a drum reeling cable containing highly-flexible copper cores of 3x25mm2+2x25/2mm2 for supplying power, as well as 24 fibre optic cables.
Offshore control cables are fully compliant with IEC standard 60079-14
Hradil Spezialkabel offers the HB44 offshore control cables in a wide range of configurations from 3x1.5mm2 to 36x1.5 mm2. Customised configurations such as 2x2x0.75mm2 are available upon request. Hradil has replaced commonly used mica tape with special ceramicized silicon.
CAN bus capable of low temperature operation
A new specialised cable has been developed by Hradil Spezialkabel for use in extremely low temperatures. The CAN bus line has a small outside diameter and has been designed for minimal bending radius and high data throughput – making it well suited for high bay deep freeze facilities, i.e. for controlling stacker cranes with integrated video cameras.
