Designed for WLAN access points, the GRF2505 LNA and the GRF2541 PA driver have been released by Guerrilla RF. Providing ultra-low noise and high linearity across a 5-6GHz bandwidth, the GRF2505 can be used as either an LNA or as a PA driver for 802.11ac applications. The device’s high IP3 and compression point make it suitable for use as a PA driver, while its low NF of 0.8dB make it suitable as an LNA.

With a flat gain of 20dB, the device offers outstanding NF and linearity across the 700-2700MHz bandwidth. Internal pre-matching to 50Ω provides users with a compact, low-cost solution, while flexible biasing enables high levels of reuse within a design and across platforms.
