Gen3 Systems is to exhibit with Ascentech at SMTA International and will show the GensonicStencil Cleaning, system with a 24in stencil frame. The system uses a 40kHz on-contact ultrasonic transducer for high efficiency cleaning of stencil apertures.  The Gensonic can be used either in conjunction with Gen3 stencil cleaning centres or is portable enough to be taken directly to the printer.

Gen3 Systems has announced the successful installation of its MBTech NC25 Conveyorised Batch PCB Cleaning System at Briton EMS’ facility in Bedford, England. The NC25 Batch Cleaner is specially designed around a patented filtration system and a unique process of combining forced convection and vacuum, providing high cleaning performance.

An improved Solder saver from Aprotec Instrumentation has been announed by their distributor Gen3 Systems. The Solder saver has been designed for use with leaded and lead-free wave soldering machines, with the company claiming that the ‘wave soldering’ the Solder saver offers can save up to 50% in new solder bar purchases.
