Garland Partners Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of a new, H264 and WM9 low cost encoder for high quality video streaming. The new MV401EXP (encoder) and MV410EXP (decoder) systems use real-time Windows Media 9 or H264 compression technologies that allow users to transmit several times more channels over the same network or satellite bandwidth than currently used for MPEG2.

Garland Partners has announced the launch of its Moviemaker HD from Optibase. This new MPEG-2 PCI encoder is said to be the only single-chip, hardware-based card that can support 4:2:2 up to 150MBPS and has been designed for content creation, post-production, archiving and video on demand markets.

The MGW 200 from Garland Partners, is the latest addition to Optibase's family of IP streaming gateways. The MGW200 is a compact, single-channel encoding, decoding and streaming platform that is ideal for IP streaming applications such as video contribution, corporate communications and video server upload.
