Universal PMIC supports low power FPGA & SoC processors
The company's first universal PMIC with three integrated synchronous MOSFET power stages, the XR77103 has been introduced by Exar. RS-485 transceiver includes low voltage interface
Exar Corporation has announced the XR33202, a half-duplex, 20Mb/s RS-485 (TIA/EIA-485) transceiver optimised to operate over a wide 3-5.5V supply voltage range. The transceiver includes an adjustable low voltage logic interface and features the industry’s lowest standby current of 3μA (max), 0.05μA (typ).
Record 16-channel 960H video with H.264 encoding
Designed for professional video surveillance applications, Exar has announced a DVR PCIe add-in card. The VRC7016XE features two Exar S7110 software configurable processors and performs H.264 encoding on 16 channels of up to 960H NTSC/PAL video at full resolution and frame rate. With 960H video, surveillance professionals realise a 33% greater horizontal Field-Of-View (FOV) than what typical D1 CCTV video cameras provide.

Exar Corporation has expanded its offering of AC step driver solutions for LED bulbs with the introduction of the XR46073. The XR46073 is a two-step LED current controller for AC step driving with improved line regulation primarily for A19 LED bulb applications. The line regulation of the XR46073 is improved by a factor of two over Exar’s prior generation.
