Endrich GmbH has announced that its overvoltage protection modules, from the company's PBSP series, have been ordered by the manufacturer ProTek Devices. The modules are intended to offer LED drivers and control gears for industrial and commercial applications additional protection against national grid surges.

The EPR311A066107EZ MOSFET relay from Excel Cell (ECE), a division of Endrich, is specifically designed for high current applications (continuous: 2.5A, peak: 4A), commonly found in industrial equipment. The MOSFET relay is a possible solid-state replacement for single-pole, normally-open (Form 1A) electromechanical relays.

Endrich has announced a family of μPower MEMS oscillators as part of its its SiTime portfolio for Wearable-, IoT and mobile markets. The SiT8021 is the first product family to put an end to the restrictions of quartz technology, setting benchmarks in terms of power, size and weight.
